Warehouse Customer Service Manager

Hyperlogistics Group, Inc., a 3rd Part Logisitics (3PL) provider specializing in Warehouse & Distribution Services, is looking for an Experienced Warehouse Customer Service Manager. This is an exempt position and will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm although the actual hours may vary. The position comes with our full benefit package consisting of: Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 64 hours of paid sick time, Life Insurance, 80 hours of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays and tuition reimbursement.

Hyperlogistics is also an Employee-Owned Company with the opportunity to receive stock after one full year of employment. Starting Salary range of $50,000-$55,000.

Job Requirements-

  • Minimum of 3-5 years recent office managerial experience, preferably a 3rd Party Logisitics provider (3PL) Warehouse & Distribution Center.
  • Requires excellent computer skills, Microsoft office suite, and products with WMS experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and follow-up as new requirement develop.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability in training team members and new associates.
  • 4-year College degree preferred but not required.

Outline of the major job duties and responsibilities for this position:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the customer service department.
  • Facilitate the development of a well-trained team through training, cross training and the maintenance of written work instructions for each position.
  • Implement and maintain effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Ensure that customer issues are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Develop a customer centric philosophy that is driven down throughout the team and is demonstrated by their actions.
